Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods to ensure your handmade product arrives safely and promptly. Shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
Shipping Times: Estimated shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. Typical delivery times are as follows:
Domestic (within Turkey): 3-5 business days
International: 7-21 business days
2. Delivery Issues
If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, such as delays or lost packages, please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
3. International Shipping
For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer. These fees are not included in the shipping costs and will vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds: The Buyer has the right to return the handmade products within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, provided that the dress is in its original condition and has not been worn or altered. To initiate a return, the Buyer must contact the Seller within the 30-day period to obtain a return authorization. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error by the Seller. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the Seller receiving the returned dress.

Exchanges: If the Buyer wishes to exchange a handmade product for a different size or style, the request must be made within 30 days of the original delivery date. The dress to be exchanged must be in its original condition and not worn or altered. The Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the original product and for the shipment of the new product. To initiate an exchange, the Buyer must contact the Seller to receive an exchange authorization and instructions on how to proceed. The new product will be shipped once the Seller receives and inspects the original dress.
